    Prototype Type 1 vs Type 2 Comparison
  • Between Types 1 & 2 there were no changes to the top
    But Molds #1 and #2 diverged and took on different changes then each other
    This divergence can make the differences appear a litte confusing

  • Type 1 Mold 1(top) - Type 2 Mold 1(bottom)


    Mold #1, added 2 rails to support the headlight extensions
    Also added addtional bulk to hold the windshield better


  • The axle support hump was widened forcing Part #s to be restamped
    Mold #1 numbers restamped as shown by their different alignment

  • Theese very rough bulk areas were added to better hold the windsield

  • Type 0 Mold 2(top) - Type 2 Mold 2(bottom)


    Mold #2, added 2 rails to support the headlight extensions
    Also added side windshield holders


  • The axle support hump was raised and widened forcing Part #s to be restamped
    Mold #2 numbers restamped as shown by their different alignment
